The quartz external heating tube is made of milky white quartz glass tube processed by a special process, and is equipped with an electric resistance material as a heating element, because milky white quartz glass can absorb almost all visible light and near-infrared light radiated from the heating wire, and can convert it into for far-infrared radiation. But the current industrial infrared heating tube basically selects milky white quartz tube, because its material is relatively brittle, so it cannot form a very long milky white heating tube. And the milky white has a shading effect, blocking its heat. Because of its high tube wall temperature, it is only suitable for near-infrared heating.
